Il est parfaitement situé pour le touriste et le voyageur d'affaires. L'hôtel de style moderne de quatre étages, avec ses 44 chambres supérieures "Superior" et 6 chambres mini-familiales "Mini Family", est situé au calme à l'extrémité sud de Chaweng Beach. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et équipées de TV par câble, d'un minibar, d'une baignoire et d'un balcon.
L'accès facile aux zones commerçantes, restaurants et discothèques ainsi qu'à la plage avec ses possibilités touristiques font de First Residence l'hôtel et l'emplacement idéal pour un séjour sur l'île de Koh Samui.

the room we had overlooking the pool was nice (303)the hotel is at the end of chaweng beach road and close the the best beach if you walk through first resort. close by are restaurants and bars and if you walk up towards the family mart you will find the best jewely shop on samui everything is homemade. , I will stay at this hotel again , thanks for an enjoyable stay.also towards the beach where the road bends is the best tattooist on samui.....TATTOOS BY OWEN. also you must visit the ARK BAR for the beach partys and the foods good too ! "
