Il est composé d'une maison et de 2 bungalows avec un jardin tropical et une piscine. Vous pouvez louer tout l'établissement, un bungalow ou une maison. La résidence est idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis, pour des vacances calmes avec de magnifiques vues panoramiques. La maison fait 200 m² d'espace habitable et elle est meublée avec goût. Elle dispose d'une grande terrasse et d'une cuisine équipée. Les bungalows de 50 m² ont une terrasse privée, l'air conditionné, une salle de bain avec eau chaude, un lit double et une télévision.
View Point Residence
is set on a Hill with panoramic and beautiful seaview, in quiet surrounding,
and tropical garden, Swimming Pool is available for the guests. We have
one home and two bungalows to rent. We can rent the whole place, or
one bungalow, or the house. The residence is safe for the families and
friends who want to enjoy their ration in a secluded place with a very
nice panoramic view.

The House is finely furnished and decorated with lounge. There is the
200 sq.m. with ample terrace and a fully-equipped western kitchen being
convenient for the families and friends.

SERVICES &
FACILITIES
Our house and Bungalows are cleaned every four days for the long-staying
reservations. For the daily rental, there is the daily service. There
is an ample stack of bed and towels for the convenience of the guests.
Attentively, the guests can hire a cook or a private daily maid if they
need the service.

Conditions:
The rate is exclusive of Breakfast but coffee and tea mashing
facilities are available in the room.
Electricity is charged at 6 bath per kw and can be paid before
check out.
